step 1. Make a new Curves layer
RGB
point 1: Output=56 Input=71
point 2: Output=120 Input=112

step 2. Make a new Channel Mixer layer

red: 110,-8,-10
green: -7,107,0
blue: -5,0,108

step 3. Make a new Color Fill layer and fill it with 760606 and set it to Softlight 12%

step 4. Make a new Levels layer

RGB: Input: 10,1.20,255
Output: 0,255

step 5. Make a new Selective Color layer(experiment with it because not all images are the same)

reds: -33,0,19,0
yellows: 100,6,-38,-15
cyans: 52,78,100,57
whites: 62,-39,28,13
neutrals: 20,5,7,0

step 6. Make a new Color Fill layer and fill it with c6c6c6 and set it to Multiply 10%

step 7. Make a new Color Fill layer and fill it with e0a3be and set it to Multiply 20%

Note: If the image turns out to be dark, duplicate your base and set it too screen. Pick the opacity that best fits your icon.
